XP Forum - Report-back on a visit to Mexico and USA to investigate TSP and PSP
The Team Software Process (TSP) and Personal Software Process (PSP) have been receiving a great deal attention over the past year. These methodologies are Agile and yet are closely aligned to the CMMI Process Improvement framework. In May a delegation from South Africa visited a number of software companies, large and small, in Mexico City and San Francisco to find out more about TSP and PSP, and to explore whether we in South Africa should be taking these methodologies seriously.
