Master Class - Project Methodology and Project Leadership

After attending this Master Class participants :

were able to develop a structured Project Methodology to manage their project from stragegy to operation
understood how each phase of the lifecycle can be sub-divided into (Input, Business Case, Execution, Configuration, Output and Approval to next phase)
understood how the Project Methodology can be used to integrate the PMBOK nine knowledge areas with the project lifecycle to showed how project management tools and techyniques are linked together but vary in detail within each phase
were able to apply Project Leadership skills in achieving their project goals and objectives
were aware of project team dynamics and their implication for the way projects are managed
