Over the past few years a growing group of companies around the world have been adopting TSP and PSP as their development methodology. PSP helps individual developers accurately estimate effort and manage quality. TSP enables a team of PSP developers plan and manage projects. Adopters of these complementary methodologies report amazing results. TSP projects run on-time, within budget and result in remarkably low defect rates. In July 2009 the JCSE with support from the Department of Trade and Industry initiated a TSP Pilot in South Africa.
