Applied Research
JCSE's Applied Research Unit, under the management of Adrian Schofield, carries out research projects related to the status, growth and development of the ICT sector. Partnering with ITWeb in the annual Skills Survey, with Wits Business School in assessing the broadband infrastructure in Provincial Governments and with Wits Enterprise in profiling ICT research institutions are some examples of recent projects.
The Unit also provides executive consulting on many topics relevant to the ICT industry in Africa and provides speakers for many conferences.
